1. Shipping Destinations

 We provide international shipping service to Australia, Canada, Ireland, and six additional countries. All orders will be shipped from our overseas warehouse.

2. Shipping Fee Rules

• Fast Flat Shipping: $5.99 per order for all orders valued between $0.00 – $69.99

• Free Standard Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $70.00 and above qualify for complimentary shipping, no extra delivery charge.  

3. Order Processing All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days, while fast shipping takes 5–10 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to local customs clearance, weather or courier peak seasons, which are out of our control.

5. Shipping Tracking Once your package departs our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your order status anytime via the tracking link provided.

6. Undeliverable Packages If your package is returned to us for reasons including invalid address, failed delivery or unclaimed parcel, customers will be responsible for a re-delivery shipping fee to resend the goods.
