3. Order Rules
After submitting an order, please complete payment within 24 hours, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your unpaid order automatically.
If stock shortages happen after you place an order, we will contact you via email to offer a full refund or product replacement options.

Climmershop shall not be liable for indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption or extra expenses caused by:
Force majeure events: natural disasters, war, epidemic lockdown, courier strikes, customs policy changes.
Personal improper use or storage of purchased food goods.
Incorrect delivery address information filled in by customers.
